In SAS® Promotion Optimization, the Overlapping Promotion column in the Promotion List view might not indicate promotions that overlap in scope. This issue occurs because the solution incorrectly looks for the minimum end date instead of the maximum end date for the promotions. The Promotion List view indicates promotions that overlap in scope only if the overlapping promotion intersects with the date range of the earliest displayed promotion. The Overlapping Promotion column in the Promotion Details view displays correct information.
The workaround for this issue is to filter only for the weeks of the promotions in question or look at the Overlapping Promotion column in the Promotion Detail view.
